Portland, TN - Brenda Louise Noel Gullion, a devoted wife and mother whose spirit radiated kindness and love, departed this earthly realm on November 17, 2025, just shy of her 83 birthday. Born on December 10, 1942, in Gallatin County, Kentucky, she exemplified grace and warmth throughout her life, cultivating cherished memories and lasting bonds.

Brenda was a beacon of dedication to her family, as she embraced the roles of wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother with unwavering commitment. For 63 wonderful years, she shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Larry Gullion. Together, they created lasting memories, particularly through their shared passion for activities such as bowling, camping, and organizing delightful little league baseball dances. Brenda was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church.

The bonds she formed with her children, Dennis (Cynthia) Gullion, Denise (Mark) Jones, and Rhonda (Tim) Sawyer, are testaments to her legacy of love and guidance. Brenda was revered not only as a mother but as a cherished grandmother to Jessica, Miranda, Lucy, Cara, Brandon, Anthony, Stephen, Jonathan, Patrick, and Matthew who brought joy to her life. Brenda was also proud of her 14 great-grandchildren. Her parents Owen and Ethel Noel, and her brother Donnie Noel, as well as her nephew Boyd Noel have preceded her in death.

Visitation for Brenda will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville, on Monday, December 1st from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by her funeral service at 1:00 PM.
